I tried filling details of myself almost 10 times before I managed to complete the payment, very confusing to use.

Very pleased to find some of the camping goods only available in Japan here. But the options are still very limited and the search engine is hard to use. The address search function is redundant, wish the developer would just lift it and allow us to just enter a straight forward address. It just takes way long to enter the form when you just want to pay.

Now I remember why I don’t like to shop on Qoo10. The user interface is very confusing and overwhelming. It is so cramped up on to a small page. No details of estimate delivery date. Difficulty in combing thru product reviews.

Very slow. Jumps around and freezes during use. Very frustrating.

Had problem in filling form for delivery. The address was pre-filled already with wrong address and I had a lot of problems changing the address. It kept reverting to the wrong address. Took me about 1hr before website changed to the address I needed to enter.

Attempted to purchase an item on this app. Was even charged for international shipping. Eventually I contacted the seller directly and learned they do not ship internationally. The item had been returned to their warehouse. No update was provided by Qoo10. I am in the process of disputing charges on my credit card. Buyer beware!

Checkout via conventional means doesnt work. So you mist use their proprietary currency/payment system.

Too complicated and hard to understand at Order stage. Could not fully understand what I was buying. Was charging band included with the purchase or not? I bought one but would have expected that it be included...

Bought an item from Qoo10, stated shipping delivered, but I received nothing, want to do a refund, because of the above status, I can’t do anything. Wrote on their customer service chat, no one get back to me. First time encountered such ridiculous problem with Qoo10.

Required multiple time to order over and over due to not easy of transmission as well as malfunction of key. Taken more extra time to do that.

Such an excellent deal. Even less expensive than special offers by stores. Thank you.

Really bad customer service. I received a defective product and they sided the seller the whole process. And be prepared to spend days resolving an issue.

The entire beginning to end experience is complicated, user-unfriendly, and laborious. From logging in (with multiple attempts to no avail with the correct info) to being overwhelmed with information overload of sales, images, text cluttered on the home page to a poor search experience that results in unrelated items thoughtlessly indexed. I’d want to recommend a better shopping app, but Lazada is not that much better. If only Amazon (extraordinarily better experience) could distribute its product inventory to APAC without the hefty import fees. Avoid Q0010! It’ll waste your time and thus not worth the savings.

This is one of the worst ever. We ordered a product and after almost a week later they posted saying that they can’t ship it so request for cancellation..... First of all, why would you be selling items that you don’t even know if you can ship it out of country... BS!!! It’s because the shipping fee is higher than expected. Unprofessional and false advertising. Also, I’ve inquire them about cancellation and refund but no reply. Don’t order anything from this app unless you want to throw your money away... Awful!!! Customer service will not get back to you unless you’re trying to purchase something. Once you purchase a product, they have no need for you anymore because you’re not getting your item anyway. I’ll be reporting them to iTunes!!!

Dear Qoo10 management team, I would like to ask you guys to extend your business in my country myanmar. We have long boundary area with China and India. You guy can built big warehouses in Myanmar and can take one jump ahead from Alibaba for southeast Asian market. I used to delight using your application while I was in Singapore and I would like to use that kind of trustworthy application in Myanmar. We have long border trade area with China. So you can bring all sort of materials from China with low costs and GST rate from Myanmar is also apparently lower than Singapore. So, I wish your team to accomplish very well not only fulfilling truth worthy online market but also for our region as your new team base on Myanmar.

Why is this app even allowed in the store? Bulky with ugly design. Hidden costs on almost everything. Don’t trust your eyes when u see the price. Zero customer support. Please ban it. Go for EZbuy app instead if u want anything n-line shopping with no troubles.

I am very happy with this app. I love that it tells you when the item is going to be shipped and keeps you updated on your product. The shipping was fairly quick as well. The only thing I’m not fond of is it’s a little confusing to navigate.

After using coupons, it shows $74. But when I press “next” button, it changes “Won” and it says “pay $85” 🤬🤬 They are thieves!!! I changed my mind to delete this app 🤯

Too messy an app. It’s as bad as their customer service desk who never seem to answer your question.

There are sellers who package get "lost" if you don't pay for registered. My opinion is that they don't ship some of them because there is other people with the same problem with lost mail which is suspicious especially my mailbox packages cannot be stolen.

Ordered goods not received! And customer service has been perfunctory! Is an irresponsible business!
